We believe your celebration should reflect you, not a rigid timetable or a one-size-fits-all package.When you book your wedding at Birdforth Hall, the venue becomes exclusively yours, allowing you and your guests to relax, celebrate and enjoy the experience together. Choose from midweek or weekend weddings, with exclusive use for up to three nights, giving you the chance to create a full wedding weekend, not just a single day.

Exclusive Hire
When you choose Birdforth Hall, the entire venue becomes exclusively yours, creating a truly private and relaxed setting for your celebration. From the moment you arrive, you and your guests can enjoy the beautiful grounds, The Forge barn and all on-site facilities without sharing the space with anyone else. It allows your wedding to unfold naturally, surrounded only by your family and friends, giving you the freedom to celebrate, unwind and make the venue your own for the duration of your stay.
Drinks & Bar Service
The Forge operates an in-house bar, with a selection of wine and drinks packages available to suit your celebration. During your viewing, we’ll talk you through the options. If you’d like to include cocktails, we work with Simply Gorgeous Cocktails — please ask us for further details.
Pizza Shack, Pool & BBQ Facilities
On the day of your wedding, a dedicated venue coordinator will be on hand to help manage timings, suppliers and the smooth running of your day.
On-Site Wedding Support
The barn will be dressed in fairy lights, festoons, milk churns and lanterns, creating a warm and atmospheric backdrop ready for you to personalise.

No Hidden Costs
Your package includes tables and a choice of chairs (if required) and on-site support, so you can plan with confidence and clarity.
Accommodation
On-site accommodation is available for up to 41 guests in 4 beautifully converted barn, all with their own hot tubs, these include a single storey cottage and a further cottage with downstairs en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort for elderly or disabled guests. Accommodation is charged at £100.00 pppn for a 1-night stay or £75.00 pppn for 2 nights or more. Two nights’ accommodation for the bride and groom is included in all our packages. Historic Mill House with its fabulous galleried landing houses our largest bedroom with superking bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom making it the ideal bridal suite.

The Smithy Package
Prices from £4,500 (excluding accommodation)
- Exclusive use of Birdforth Hall, the grounds and the Mediterranean Terrace Room
- Bride & Groom accommodation for 2 nights
- Access to the venue the day before your wedding from 12:30pm
- Dedicated venue coordinator on the day
- Sound system with PA, lighting, fairy lights
- Fully stocked bar (pay on consumption)
- Ample on-site car parking
- Flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces
The Runaway Package
Based on 60 guests - Prices from £9,350 (excluding accommodation)
Includes everything in The Smithy Package, plus:- A glass of Prosecco or a bottle of beer on arrival
- Canapés, starter and main course or main course and dessert provided by F4D Events
- Half a bottle of wine per person with the wedding meal
- A glass of Prosecco for the toast
- Evening food provided by F4D Events
